Ripoff dishonest fradulent

Hello,

I believe the public should be aware of the following scam group that stole a little over $10,000 of my money.

I invested $4,000 back in May and another $6000 back in Sep of 2005 into a company called StudioPay, LLC (incorporated in Delaware and registered to do business in the state of New York.)

StudioPay is now closed and there site is no longer active (studiopay.com).

I am (along with thousands of other people that also invested money) are left hanging. We don't know what happened to our money and would like to have some recourse.
