I am really angry that aol can charge on my account without even notifying me first. I am being charged for two accounts each month and for credit alert that I didn't order. Thats money being taken out of my account unexpectly, and I am really tired of it. I don't think that aol should be able to take what they want out of my account when they feel like it. It will be stopped one way or another because I am not going to have to put up with it every month... I was told last month that it would be taken care of, well geuss what I was lied to. I was also told that I ordered it. No. I did not order it and I want it straightened out now. I have talked to them idots on the phone after having to listen to there computers and listening to there crappy music. It's a waste a time. I even had to fax them a copy of my bank statement to prove that I was being over charged. That really pissed me off. They know that they over charged me.
