Over charged my account, changed stories, made multiple acounts and charged me for all of them. Lied to me about stopping my account

It all started out, I didn't mind paying the 20 dollars a month. Then I had to quite my job and concentrate on school. I called and said I cant afford it and was told no problem. I was off the list. Well my bank account was charged by them and I called back and got told that I can't get off their list. So who ever told me I was off lied. I was understanding but they kept changing their story and charging my account different prices. I called another time and was told that my bank account has been charged so much because they created two different accounts under my name and with my bank account. I had to pay 40 dollars to cancel the second one they did without my permission. Then I was told that in order to cancel it completely it would cost me over 400$.
