Ripoff Charging for an account I didn't even authorize, 11.95 a month for the last 6 months. Credit Alert charged 89.99 after I canceled

Every time I try to cancel an account that AOL is charging me 11.95 a month for they hang up on me. Credit Alert has once again charged 89.99 to my account after I told the lady on the phone I didn't want the service.
