Stole money out of my account they must be stopped

I was selling multiple movie deals on ebay and two people bought them now. I went to purchase them from the company I got them from and they went out of buisness. Sounds like no big deal just refund them their money. I sent both of my customers money orders that amounted to 15.00 over what they paid for shipping and the movies just for the inconvenience for them. Well one of my customers decided to tell paypal that they never got the movies or a refund.

When paypal contacted me i sent the copy of the money order numerous of times because i would not hear from them saying they got it. They didnt contact me again until they told me i had a negative balance in my account because they sent the money to my custome
