Fraud False Advertising on Finance Charges Austin Round Rock

I have perfect credit. I just pulled my credit from all major credit bureaus, and confirmed my high score, which says "you should get and expect the best (lowest) rates of any consumer".

Imagine my surprise when I just bought a Dell computer that advertised "Free financing" until 2007 for Dell Preferred Account members who qualify.

I have a Dell Preferred Account, and I certainly qualify for the special 0@ financing, if anyone does, not to be immodest! I checked my account today, and it says 20.21% finance rate!!! I have emailed Dell 3xs asking for a correction. I have called them (and spent 45 minutes on the phone, 2 calls went to India, and then finally I was sent to Austin, TX call center, where the very young manager said "you can't speak to my boss. You have to write in if you want to go any higher up." They claim that they have "propietary information that determines who gets the 0% financing", and they claim they can't release this proprietary information! I told the manager this is fraud and false advertising. Again, she said put it in writing and then hung up on me! How am I suppossed to feel excited about the nice new computer I bought? Every time I look at it I'll think of the fraud by Dell! (And) I thought Dell was suppossed to be known for their customer service! I guess Michael Dell has a mortgage payoff due this month or something... What a bunch of scumbags!
