Refund of $849.83 Denied After Returning Damaged Auction Items

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I was cheated on 28 eBay auctions by a horrible seller. They shipped half of my merchandise and did not ship the rest. I shipped the damaged pieces they sent me back to them, per PayPal, and the seller promised to issue me a refund if I did so. She did not issue the refund, and PayPal decided that I would not be getting my money back. That is $849.83 that I lost because of PayPal's poor decision.

I proved that the seller promised me my money back, even writing it in her email, and I sent it to PayPal. I also proved that PayPal told me to send the merchandise back. But the people who make these decisions just do not get it. The unnecessary email I got from management at PayPal is just that, an ego-boosting email from management.

I lost money that I do not have to lose because of you. It will take me a long time to make this up. You caused me to lose this money because you cannot look at proof and paperwork to make decisions. With all the proof sitting in front of you, you cannot make a decision based on facts and proof.
