Com Paypal Employees are inadequately trained and lack the intelligence to handle anyone's money!

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I got screwed on 28 auctions on Ebay by a horrible Seller "Guitarmomhas2girls". These people are Grifters. They shipped half of my merchandise and didn't ship the rest. I shipped the pieces they sent to me that were damaged back to them, per Paypal and the Seller promised to issue me a refund if I did so. She did not issue the refund and Paypal decided that I would not be getting my money back. That's $849.83 that I lost because of the inadequate idiots at Paypal. I proved that the Seller promised me my money back, even writing it in her email and I sent it to Paypal and I also proved that Paypal told me to send the merchandise back. But the idiots who make these decisions just don't get it. They're just plain STUPID! And the gratuitious email that I got from management at Paypal is just that... An ego boosting email from management.
I lost money that I don't have to lose because of you. It will take me a long time to make this up. You caused me to lose this money because you can't look at proof and paperwork to make decisions.
With all the proof sitting in front of you Idiots, you cannot make a decision based on facts and proof.
