Don't buy from Best Buy, I purchased a computer, monitor, printer. The salesperson said no problem about the rebate you should receive the rebate in about 4-6 weeks, yea right. The company sends me a letter saying I do not qualify for the rebate. Imagine that, I have all receipts, a copy of the ad, and all documents that show I clearly am eligilable for the rebates. I did some research and found the State of New Jersey and Wisconsin have a lawsuit against Best Buy for false advertising. I am going to call them to see what I can do. Fight Big Business.
