Will not send Rebates or windows Upgrade ripoff

On 12/02 I purchased a hp computer and printer, because of the Rebates and the windows vista upgrade.
I have been having a lot of trouble getting any info on my rebates (there seems to be one more paper they need).

I did receive a rebate check the otherday for the computer, but i also received a note on the printer stating receipt or packing slip submitted did not show the purchase of an hp/compaq notebook (why did they send me a rebate check for the computer?

(1) Did my Rebate go through on my printer and when will I receive it?
(2) I also need to know if my order for the windows vista upgarde went through and when I will receive it?

My computer has already been in for repair, it seems the systems board, and sound card was broken from day one.
I've sent about 30 emails so far to Hp, still no answer except, sue us! My sons been a great supporter of hp, even he has lost faith with this company now'

All I want is the two questions answered above.
