A long, long time ago and ripoff far, far away

It was August when I sent my order for a Hybrid Bash combo. I sent a US $60 postal order. I even added a tip! A few weeks later I started to wonder where my order was. So on 15/09/05 I sent an email. They assured me the product sent out on time. After 2 months and 5 emails I got no response. After reading the complaint on HSS a Derek was mention so I emailed him.

After promising that a second package had been sent and I would recieve it within 10 -14 bussiness days I thought that it had been sorted out. This was on 30/12/05.

The order never arrived I checked the postage system and Customs. Who informed me that importing the herbs was completely legal and they wouldn't have intercepted them.

Anyway after numerous emails to Derek, it is now 19/05/06

And still no herbs! I am a patient person but when I get scammed it really pisses me off. Thanks Herbal Smoke Shop, you taught me a valuble lesson. Trust no one. I have conducted numerous transactions on the net and this is the only one that didn't deliver. American customer service is renouned but this is nothing more than a rip off. Take my advice. You want herbs to smoke give these guys a wide birth.
