Hello to all who reads:

I was browsing earlier and came across the Herbal Smoke Shop website (Global Life Enhancements Inc.) and I was very skeptical as I read but didnt want to jump to conclusions about them afterall, Im not a botanical scientist so I truly didnt know what the deal was so before I made any purchases I decided to do a search and well, obviously I found something or I wouldnt be here writing this.

I will say this. If I did a search on any other company in the world (not strickly this type of company) I know I would find a handfull of compaints from unhappy customers. Be it a phone company, internet company, restaurant... Etc.

If I had a complaint against a company and didnt feel I was being treated like a valued customer, ripped off, ignored etc then YES, I would be all over that company i.E. Consumer complaints.com. But I had to ask myself, why so many complaints? If this the company that I or anyone I know should attempt to do business with? Why would customers deliberatly "slander" this company? It isnt like there are 5 million "other" companies like this one where a unhappy customer can go to and please Derek when you read this dont try to say that it is your "competitors" who are "slandering" you. Ok? I have read all that I need to read and I did so because I wanted to give you and your company the benefit of the doubt before making any purchases with your company and you Sir DO NOT have a very good reputation at all. Matter of fact, its so bad that I wont be doing business with you and I am not only speaking for myself as I write this, but there are 14 other people who was interested and now after me emailing them copies of this will also NOT be doing business with you.

You have some serious explaining to do, look at ALL those complaints most went unresolved, and I seriously doubt you have no intention on ever resolving them just by what I read. Again, why would ALL these people lie about you and your company and how unprofessional it is, whats their motive Sir? Let me guess, its a conspiracy against you and your "herbal" company? Lmao.

Listen, nobody has any reason to say the things that they say about you Derek unless they are true or have truth to them. There are SOOOOOOOOO many complaints and almost all of them mirror each other so theres got to be truth to it.

Derrick, Im sure that business isnt too shabby. Im also certain you make pretty good money off this "backyard boogie" u sell to people hoping for a "legal" buzz! But as far as returning customers, I doubt that. Brad maybe. Lmao@ This "Brad" charactor.

He is ALL over this forum just defending you. Awww, isnt that cute. And if Brad isnt you Derek then he is someone within your circle because he sure has a interest in what "others" say about you and your company.

Hey Brad, do u get this involved when people say crap about your water company and electric company too?

Oh and another thing before I leave, I seen the photos of this "Hawaiian Island" (herb) or whatever its called from a disatisfied customer and man that stuff looked like crab weeds, peet moss, dandolion stems and alphalpa mixed together. Are u dead serious? U can be serious! Look, these photos were NOT photoshopped or altered, u can look at them and clearly tell the TRUTH of the matter and that truth is, homie got ripped off bigtime. He said it doesnt smoke well, tastes like shi*, smelled like shi* and was a total disapointment and from the photos it looked NOTHING like what you advertise. NOTHING! Im a business owner myself and when I see customers are upset or if my staff didnt handle something accordingly and professional I intervine and handle it myself until that customer is satisfied but see, I happen to care about my customers returning.

Im pretty sure all your customers are 1st and last timers.
