Ordered flowers online from Virtual Flowers for Valentines Day, but 3 days before they were supposed to arrive, Virtual Flowers emailed to say they could not fill the order. I then cancelled the order. After a week, the charge had still not been reversed from my credit card. I made repeated attempts to contact them, but they never answered their customer service line or any of the emails I sent them. I even called their order placement phone number twice, but they were *unable* to connect me to anyone in customer service. I disputed the charge with Mastercard, who wiped the charge from my account.
