Here's my dealings with Zymetrical:

I placed the order online and sent in my money in the form of a postal money order. Not having received the order for quite some time I tried using their online customer feedback form (about a month or two later), I received no response. At a later date I called their toll-free number numerous times and finally was able to talk with a female staff member who told me she would have the order shipped out. I never received the order. I then went overseas for a long period of time and had totally forgotten about my order and I did not pursue it while out of the country. Upon returning the order had still not arrived.

The only excuse I could see Zymetrical having is that I changed my address two times, owing to my work having me travel often. It also goes to show that I contacted them at least twice to tell them of the address change. One of those contacts was the verbal exchange over the phone, which I later noticed an added change to my online order status. I generally stay around 2 months at a work site, so for me to have to change addresses twice means about 4 months when they did not deliver the product. My last contact was over the phone sometime in April 05 before I left the country.

*I recently got an e-mail from the company after notifying the Better Business Bureau and the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.

*There is a correct way of notifying us of a problem, whereby we can resolve that for you quickly, in a fair manner, and then there is an incorrect way of going about that. Waiting 12 months, then posting false & misleading libel as a result, over an $8.47 order (which we would have been HAPPY to reship) is not the best of way of doing that.

I am at a loss for words. I don't understand.

This is absolutely absurd.

This was my response to that e-mail:

"I DID notify you about a month or two after I DIDN'T receive my order. I talked to someone over the phone and explained that I would be leaving the country for a long period of time and I would like to get the order before I left. You had around 3 or 4 months to get the order to me whilst I was in the USA. It never came. I thought it would be waiting for me upon my return, but no. So you tell me, what is the right way? I contacted you by e-mail AND telephone. You tell me what more I could have done. I've read many other accounts of customers whom have experienced very similar problems with your company. And it's $12.47 not 8.47.

By the way, what did I post that was False or Misleading? As for you being at a 'loss for words', you should have many words including ones apologizing for your errors. As for you not understanding - is there anything else I can tell you to have you understand? I request you refund my $12.47 before March 2. I do not wish to receive any products, I would like to have a full refund. Please send me confirmation that you have received and understand this and the last e-mail I sent."

If I don't hear back from Zymetrical soon I'm going to call the Middlesex County Sheriff's Departmen. If anyone else feels inclined to call them they may take notice if they get calls from numerous people telling them about a company in their county involved in internet fraud. I thought it was just a fluke that my order was messed up, but after reading DOZENS of other peoples accounts of their orders not showing up and their money disappearing I have no sympathy for the company whatsoever. This has gone beyond my measly 12 bucks.
