Ripoff took order & payment, did not ship product Hartfield

Placed order via Zymetrical online. Zymetrical was happy to place a charge against my credit card immediately. After more than 30 days, my order remained at a pending status.

Repeated attempts at contacting the company over two weeks was fruitless. No response from company at all, order remained as pending.

I researched possible complaints regarding this company and found that numerous similar complaints were filed. Immediately called credit card company to reverse charge and/or pursue company.

I now see a credit on my credit card statement. Still no contact from Zymetrical.
