Ripoff Does not fulfill orders slow or no shipping no customer service

Ordered some Christmas gifts on 12/16/04, paid for USPS priority shipping. This shipped nearly a month later on 1/12/05. I receive package on 1/14/05. The order was wrong and incomplete - all this and a month late as well. I ordered the Non-Nokia version of a Razz headset. I received the Nokia version of this. Also I did not receive the Shock Lighter which was free with a $20 order.

E-mail Zymetrical on 1/15/05 asking them to let me know what you will be doing the take care of this situation. No response.

I dispute the charge with my credit card company since the company failed to deliver the products I ordered. Credit card company advises me to take it up with merchant. After many attempts to contact merchant by phone, someone finally answers phone (you can't leave a message on their answering machine). I am instructed to send in wrong headset for replacement at my expense for postage. Company did did not provide a return authorization number - just said "send it back with a note explaining what was wrong".

I finally get around to sending unit back on 3/25/05 via USPS confirmed delivery asking for replacement and it is received on 3/29/05 by Zymetrical. Do I hear anything back? E-mail? Phone? US Mail? Replacement equipment mailed? Of course not.

Contacted Zymetrical again. They have a new phone number (not listed on their website, imagine that) that people actually do answer first call. It is 804-776-7664. I give woman who answers my order number. She looks it up, states non-Nokia version of headset is out of stock and will not be reordered. (Nice that I had to initiate the follow-up). She states they received authorization in February per notes in their system to send non-Nokia version as replacement. This is ridiculous - why would I call them up to authorize the non-Nokia headset as replacement when it had already been delivered to me? Plus I have no reason at all to request a headset for a cell phone model I do not own.

To sum it up, I get absolutely no follow up from them on the situation despite many attempted phone calls and e-mails. I send the incorrect item back by USPS at my expense (even though their website says shipping charges will be refunded if the error is Zymetrical's - oh, OK). Plus my order was incomplete. I honestly think I would never have heard from these people if I hadn't been persistent in following up. We'll see now many months it will take for the refund to show.in the meantime, I have written my credit card company with a cc to the Better Business Bureau to explain my experience with this merchant.
