Company shipped wrong items, wont ship my order or respond to me ripoff

I have ordered items twice from Zymetrical, I will not do so again. The first time I ordered from Zymetrical, they shipped an incomplete order, but did not refund for the sold out items.

After several attempts, I finally got someone to anwser the phone, and they refunded the money. The second time, I placed an order (order # 149137) and they shipped someones elses. I sent the order back, (delivery confirmation # 03001290000368368915) and have since emailed the company several times with no response, as well as tried to contact them by phone (no anwser).

I have now filed a complaint with the Viginia Office of Consumer Affairs. Hopefully, if enough people do this the company will be forced to honor their orders.
