America Online So easy to be used by AOL, the ripoff company of America

I was taken by AOL also, I was foolish enough to believe them about there free trail, when I called to cancel it, a person called Jacqui862 told me I could try it for 30 more days at NO CHARGE, well guess what it showed up on my phone bill the other day, so I called to complain and got a very rude lady who swears I was never told that, I still have no answers and I know for a fact that AOL has a history of telling people to keep trying it and they will not charge. So please beware because they are a bunch of money hungry lying S.O.B.'s. It is impossible to get a straight answer from them and alot of the time they will just cut you off. There really should be a class action lawsuit filed against them. I told all my AOL friends and they now have a new ISP, so I hope anyone who reads this that uses AOL will take this warning to heart and get out while they can and if you don't use AOL good for you! There slogan should be, so easy to get used by AOL instead of so easy to use.
