So easy to be used by AOL, that should be there slogan! Beware they will rip you off!

I was taken by ALO, I was trusting enough to believe there free trail and there word. I had the free trial and called to cancel it and a lady employee called Jacqui862 talks me into trying it FREE for one more month. Well guess what, I got my phone bill and there it was a charge for AOL service. When I called these people to try and straighten things out all I got was a very rude lady on the phone and then cut off and have been cut off ever since. When you call to complain your call somehow always ends up dropped. These people should have a class action lawsuit brought upon them to teach them how to treat customers. They are a bunch of money hungry, lying S.O.B.'s. I am letting everyone I know how they do business and many now have a new ISP now. My advice is if you have AOL drop it and those of you who don't well good for you! If you do have it watch you payment source, they also over bill and continue to bill even after you leave them. BEWARE
