Ripoff Hidden Chargers months late

I requested DSL Fast access Internet service back in May and the offer was No charges for connection, modem or installation. If I keep service for 1 year.
Now in March they are charging me 50.00 Fast access Activation fee.
Customer service said that It was a billing error and now everyone is being charged.
Have the service and need it so I just take it. Up the you know what.
