They keep billing my credit card after I called to have cancelled

Ripoff will not cancel account. Called dec. 27 2004 to cancil, said we will give you 2 free months low an behold they start billing my credit card. I have another Cable internet service since jan. I really don't need 2 internet services.

Called aol and they said well what we can do is credit your account 1 month. Ggive me a break! They ripped me off for 12 - the 2 month they said were free. I have filed a fraud claim with credit card. I can't beleive you have to work so hard to get them to cancil your account. I have had to cancel the card to stop them from charging it.

All this extra work on phone and now I have to relist my card new number just because I wanted to cancel account. I didn't sign a lifetime contract with aol. But they sure think I did!
