NeepTV ripoff not worth money, would not refund on same day as we were charged for service

We signed up for NeepTV several months ago. We then tried the service but found out it was not worth the money we paid.

When the company but in a renewal and charged us $29.95 on December 25, Christmas, we sent, on the same day, a dispute to Paypal and NeepTV.

NeepTV has refused to refund the money. They also said they would only resolve the dispute if we removed the negative comment from Paypal. This did not mean they would refund the money. Besides, once a complaint is withdrawn from Paypal it cannot be filed again. We would have given up.

Their solution was to offer us three months of NeepTV. That is not an offer since they had the money. If we wanted the three months of service we would have not disputed the charge.

This service is not worth the money. Most advertised services were not available or were not what NeepTV claimed them to be.

A legitimate company would have refunded especially since we immediately requested the refund.

Basically, NeepTV does not think highly of their customers.
