After Market Goldwing Parts
Owner: Michael Cutter, BEWARE! Refund = lies with no money back!

Ordered after market GoldWing motorcycle driver floorboards on 05/16 for $425.95 and used PayPal for payment. Received product on 05/26 and found product would not fit bike so called Mike Cutter and sent product back to him on 05/27 with return receipt requested.

Retun package delivered to M. Cutter (notice left) on 06/01 but not picked up by him! Redelivered and signed for by M. Cutter on 06/06. I sent an e-mail 06/08 to M. Cutter acknowledging his signed receipt of the return and requested that he credit the $425.95 to my PayPal/MC account by end of 3rd week in June.

When I received my MC statement on 06/29 there was no credit from M. Cutter. I called him right away and he stated that he had paperwork from PayPal/MC to fill out b4 he could refund/credit my account. Sounded strange, so I called both MC and PayPal and found his story to be a lie. I started a dispute with MC and PayPal against M. Cutter for the $425.95.

On 07/07 received e-mail from Paypal that a refund offer of less than $425.95 had been offered by M. Cutter. I do not know how much it was but PayPal refused the offer. Received another e-mail from PayPal, shortly after the first, stating that the dispute was resolved and the $425.95 had been credited to my MC account from the account of M. Cutter.

PayPal did a great job in protecting me and getting my $ owed me by M. Cutter who lied and refused to refund my $ without PayPal and MC intervention! M. Cutter from my experience is not to be trusted to do what is right by you if U have an issue with a product U return to him. Beware!
