I purchased $1700 worth of electronics from onsavings on Dec. 5th. The shipping was supposed to take 8 days. I never received the items and asked for a refund.

When it was not given, I filed a complaint with Paypal. They paid $300 back of my $1,700. They have yet to refund all of my money. They said it would take up to ten days. It has now been 31 days from my order and the complaint was filed on the 17th of December. They claim to have WONDERFUL customer service.

They have no respect for customers. I am a single mom with three children, I sent them all of the money I had for Christmas presents, which were never recieved.

I am devastated and very upset with this "company." Shame on companies that rip-off hard working, honest people! I just want my money back, so I can have a late Christmas for my family.
