I ordered online for a present for Christmas a Jeep Soundbar. After trying to order online I ended up with 3 orders of the same item. After that was fixed, I was sent an email promising me a 10% discount and a 2nd day delivery due to the problem with not only the website ordering the item three times but because it would not accept my Visa Debit anytime I tried (even though they assured me it would) Christmas has come and gone and no soundbar.

After 3 emails (unanswered for a few days) asking how it was mailed and when to expect the item I get a standard email (See Below) saying it is not going to send me the Soundbar because although the website says there are 3 in stock apparently there are NONE in stock and won't be due to the supplier. Now for a refund, maybe ten days or more. They can't guarantee when I get it. I had to send a check at an extra cost to me so I could ensure the item would be shipped and recieved prior to the holiday.

They do not give a phone number to contact anyone and the live online help/support is never online, morning noon or night; no live online help. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PURCHASE ITEMS
