Overstock.com GUARANTEED deliver by Christmas, hope you didn't fall for it like I did. I placed 4 separate orders based on their advertising, received only 1 full order, one partial order and that was it!!! When contacted I was once again assured the items are in transit, well it is now Christmas and -you guessed it - I have been charged and they still have not delivered. What a rip-off!!!
Now they are telling me that they will refund my money when I receive and items and send them back... Of course that may be next summer... Please be warned away from this company and their fraud and misrepresentation!!! Of course they did offer a $5.00 store credit for my inconvience, but they still have my money and I have no merchandise. I plan on filing a complaint with the Utah Attorney General and urge other consumers that have been ripped off by Overstock to do the same.
