Ripoff Took payment of $299.00 for computer and they never deliver or reimbruse payment!

They had an offer of a Dell Computer with Internet service and it was only $299.00, what an offer, did not refuse and I was ripped off. They have never deliver, they keep lying about delivery dates, reimbursement checks, etc., but we do not receive anything. We need to do something about it.
