Ripoff bought download only and they draft my account 2 times for subscription and hang up everytime i call

I ordered a downloadable version from grant seeker pro on sep. 19. I bought only that yet i was charged twice on 11-30-05 in the amount of 19.95 each. I called there number and it had 4 options: sales, cust service, tech support, and billing.

I chose cust service, when the rep answered i explained my situation and he asked what did i want him to do about it, i replied i want it stopped and my acct refunded, he replied i need to file with billing, he connects me and i get a answering machine that tells me to email them my problem.

So i hung up and called back he answered and i told him i wanted to talk with someone not through email, before i could finish he hung up on me. I called back at least twelve times and chose other options hoping to speak with someone else but each time he would pick the phone up and hang up.

So now i do not know if they will stop drafting my acct. For something i never gave permission for to begin with, so i am having to file a dispute through my bank just to contact them. I own a construction businss myself and i would never treat a customer like that.

I hope to detert as much business as possible from them in hopes of no one else getting done the same way. And the program is not at all what it says, its a rip off.
