Ripoff At It Again!

Grant Seeker Pro is at it again! I'm going to be laid off at the end of May so I have started checking out my future options; one of which is looking into grants to get free money to get my Masters in Psychology. I did my research on the internet about the various grant websites and the Grant Seeker Pro was actually recommended so I thought it would be a good thing. I order the program and when I got it, the book that was included was really cheesy and not especially helpful. The software that came with the book was even worse. The way the information was presented was not very helpful at all. I really felt ripped off and I was upset because I really need to get my hands on some money before my layoff date of 5-29-07. Then when I get my bank statement, I was charged an extra 29.95 for their "non-profit" database that I remember specifically that I did not want on my order and unchecked that box but I got it anyway. I called their long distance number and was directed to their "billing" department to cancel the unwanted monthly subscription fee. Their "billing" department was a recording telling me that I had to submit my cancellation request in writing and that I could email them at billing@grantseekerpro.net. I emailed them with the information the recording said I needed to give them only to get a mailer error from yahoo saying that that address was bad and that my email was not deliverable. I'm probably going to have to close my checking account and open up a new one because of these people as I have a feeling I'll keep getting charged that 29.95 per month that I didn't sign up for. This is what I get for trying to do something to improve my station in life!
