Equinezone -equinezone.com - Equine Zone Internet scam Took my Money Never Sent Merchandise

I ordered merchandise from this company on 7/4/08 and they charged my credit card on 7/7/08. They were supposed to provide a tracking number for the purchase and never did then I never received the merchandise.

I emailed this company 3 times to try to obtain tracking/shipping information and they never responded. I called the company 3 times and only got voicemail then disconnected. They never responded to voicemail inquiries when I called to report that I never received my merchandise.

This company claims to need 10 business days to ship then 3-5 days shipping time and we are well beyond that now.interestingly, every reputable mail order company I have dealt with only charges your credit card when they ship your merchandise. Even if they did ship the merchandise they would still be operating under unethical practices.

This seems to be a classic internet scam. Buyer beware!
