Ripoff, took money out of my account after I cancelled with them 2.5 months ago

This is my complaint. I looked online becuz im furious with this company for there scams. And could not believe the customers who have the same experiences.

Incident:
I cancelled my service with Juno Sept 05. I just looked at my bank statement and they have been charging me for sept, oct, nov, service. I called them and told them I had cancelled in Sept. They said there was nothing they could do, since there was no record of it. They refused to pay back the moneys I was charged after I cancelled with them. They charged me a total of 34.85.

I called today to ask what was going on. 11/22/05, they charged me 11/22/05 and wouldn't even pay that back! They're using these excuses to take their customers money. It's unfair and they are getting away with it. I unfortunately threw the confirmation number away recently, thinking I would not need it any longer.

They stole my money right out of my account, and refuse to pay it back! All they said was we don't have this documented that you called. I said of course you dont! They refused to pay me back any of it. I told them then they shouldn't be charging me for nov.! It came out of my acct today. And they told me there was nothing they could do. Bull, I know they can. This is a scam now that I look online, I see several customers have gone through what i am going through. Some one needs to look into this and check this out. Juno is ripping people off, and getting away with it.

So here I am stuck with moneys missing out of my account, and no one to help me. And another confirmation # I swear will be locked up and never thrown away. How many times do we have to cancel before it's taking care of.

I have filled out the BBB complaint form, and Cunsumer.com complaint form and now this one, and am spreading the word to stay away from this company.
