Ripoff

I have been dealing with blue hippo for a year now i have recieved half of my computor and my account with them is paid in full. My issue is with the promotional items they have ordered them but also have cancelled them they repeatedly have told me to be patience i will recieve them in two weeks its now three months they have the worse customer service i have every dealt with in my life and the big man on campus brandon brackenhoff is a real joke he has given me a line of bs for months it appears this company is out to make a quick buck not to help people get on there feet i also think gateway needs to look into who they are dealing with i am to the point where i am going to sue this company anyone hears of a lawyer willing to take this case please let us know
