I ordered a product from budgetpetmeds.com on 11/3/05. I should have had my order a few days ago. I have emailed the company asking where my order is 2x now and obviously customer service isn't a priority because I haven't received my order or a response from the company yet 11/15/05. Shipping was to be 2 to 3 days. I will not order from them ever again - even if I get my product this week. Not a very good way to do business!
