Loyal customer gets ripped off, no products delivered, never addressed problem ripoff

I've been a loyal customer of budgetpetmeds.com for over a year. Every order I've placed was at least $100. My recent order was never received. When I wrote to their email address, they responded several weeks later. They said they'd "investigate, " but NOTHING!
After weeks of begging them to refund or replace my product, they have done nothing. Their customer service is horrible!
I will tell everyone to stay clear so they are not ripped off like I was!
