Budgetpetmeds ripoff sent wrong product, never answered my emails, have no phone number to call

I have ordered from budgetpetmeds.com a couple of times. This last time they sent me the worng product which was very clearly their error. My packing slip and receipt had the correct item listed but the wrong item was shipped.

The only contact info on the website is an email address, no phone number which I had never noticed. I emailed them, very nicely asking how to go about rectifying the error. After about 5 days with no response, I emailed them again, a little less nice, and still no response. After a few more days I emailed them again, not so nicely, and still no response.

Apparently they do not care and do not expect repeat business.

I will never order from them again.
