Ripoff - fault products - no refunds

I ordered two ink cartridges from this company - both turned out to be faulty. After several attempts at contacting the company (and months and months), I received replacement ink cartridges. However, these did not work either. When I contacted the company, I was told to send them back for a full refund. I did just that, but never received my refund. All further attempts to contact the company via phone and email failed. I was never able to talk to a live person and didn't receive any replies to my emails.
Additionally, one of the cartridges damaged my printer when I attempted to install it - and now my printer is useless. It would cost me more to have it repaired than to replace it altogether. I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. This company should be shut down and it's owner prosecuted.
