No refund

I ordered 2 inkjet cartridges from this company. When I got them, they would not function properly with my lexmark printer. I called them and they issued me 2 new cartridges however after thinking about it, I called them back and said I did not want new cartridges and wanted a refund. Brandi said it was already shipped out however i can not accept the delivery and send it back. I asked her to also send me a postage free sticker so I could send back the inferior useless products they sent me. She did and I filled out the form which was with the postage tag and sent the useless products back to them along with the second package of new cartridges which I never opened the package. After waiting a week or so I called and Brandi said they received the new cartridges back but not the useless ones. This went on for a few days and now she says the company never received the old cartridges and if I want a refund I need to send them back... I already did send them back so that is where we are now. They do not honor with they say they do. There is no 100 per cent money back guarantee. They lie. I tried to tell her that if I wanted to cheat them, i would have kept the new cartridges and said I never got them. Why would I lie about sending back old useless cartridges. They are no help at all. They just scam people. I should have gone onto this site first because there are many people who have been scammed by them also... Help
