Ripoff fraudulent billing Florida

It takes all of your first trial month for this company to get the system working. They bill your credit card and suspend your account if you have any issues..."like where is our first trial month?"... They take days to respond to all complaints or inquiry's.

This e-fax only has worked for less than two weeks out of six. I wish I had used another company, but the clients that I have left after this mess have the toll free phone number that I seem to be paying dearly for.

I just had another e-mail from them inquiring into my account billing, when I have already entered the credit card information again yesterday. I am waiting for my credit card statement to find out exactly what they have charged.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
