Ordered 1400 piece mailing to generate leads Aug 30... Was not mailed for two weeks.

As of today 10/28... No leads have been recieved. I have been at this for a long time and I know that if you mail 1400 pieces at least one will come back. The company rep said they recieve 2.5-3% return on the particular mailer I chose.

Customer service was a disaster. Took three request to even get an invoice for the cc payment of $464.00. You never just call up and talk to a person... More than likely you will have to leave a message time and time again.

Direct mail is a good way to generate leads... Just not with this company. I was susposed to get a full refund, but have not seen the cc statement yet.
