Call center that ripped me off. I bought mortgage leads, they generated a few and stopped. They do not want to send me back the money for the remianing balance

This call center is in Missouri. One day the owner Alan Green called me and told me he could generate leads for me. I sent him money, he generated a few and then stopped generating leads.

He owes me $698 and does not return my calls. This call center is a real rip off. He also said he could generate leads, then he told me he could not generate mortgage leads in the east coast.

This call center is dishonest and they refuse to send me back my money. They do not bother returning my calls.
