Ripoff

I signed up to be able to down load music from unlimitedshock.net and had trouble with their software. I never used their service and was billed for $18.99 even though I cancelled the subscription. The next year they billed me again and will not repond to my inquiries. I am still trying to get this year's $18.99 taken off of my bank account.

This company is definitely underhanded in their dealings. I recommend not doing business with them. They need to be investigated.
