Faxaway Subs ripoff, closed my account without my request instead of resolving the technical issue

Instead of resolving the technical issue canceled my fax account without my request. My multiple phone calls and email to Faxaway and International Telcom Ltd are remain unanswered.

I spent substantial resources on promotional material which includes the fax number provided by Faxaway, therefore, closing my account not only deprives me of fax service for which I have been paying but also makes all the printed promotional material obsolit.
