I purchased 3 refilled ink cartridges for a lexmark printer. I received three back but one didn't work at all. I called and george said to send it back and he would return a new one to me and he would pay the shipping. I never recieved it, so after a few weeks I called and he said he didn't have another one to send me so would credit my debit card. He never dod that either, so I called a few weeks later and he said he would mail me a check. HE never did that either. I called again and he started lying again. I advised I wanted my money. He hangs up now! Won't take my calls! He RIPPED ME OFF!
