No refund after months, faq says surveys are direct, ripoff

This was posted in a paper that this site could make $, but it didn't work so...

First I got this email from refund@moneyforsurveys.com

Several times... It's pretty much automated. Check never came... I'm over it but the principal lesson is research companies on this site first.
