Rxpop deceived me and took my money internet

RxPoP.com charged my credit card for a one month membership fee. I did not order this, As I was filling out the information to actually enroll, I found out that it was a ripoff by reading usacomplaints.com reference. I did not push the submit button and immediatly exited out of the website.

I then received by email a notice of my enrollment and a charge for it on my credit card. They sent the email via an address you cannot reply to.in order to talk with them (they state they do not have a phone) you have to go back and enter your complant via their website. I did this, even looked at what the site was and it was very hard to get into and they even require you to sign an electronic signiture.

They have refused to return my money. See the pasted note from them below:

FROM RXPOP: ALSO at the bottom of their email to me, it stated that any information sent was confidental so I copy/paste the entire letter. Remember this is just the part of the letter/email that I officially own as it was written directly to me, I did not include some of the worst parts as it was a policy statement for everyone in general.
