I ordered white l. V replica speedy, and two wallets. Recieved bag, with 2 broken zippers, both off of track, i e-mailed comapny to advise they were defective, they tod me to send them back they would pay shipping, but gave me no ship #. I sent back on my dime, they e mailed me back, said merch. Was not defective, that all the zippers needed was to be pulled back and forth to get on track, that all zippers are like that new. They charged me to ship, and restock i spent $ 198.00, they credited me $ 138.00. What a rip off, they send you defective crap, and then charge you for restock/shipp. Please do noy but from them, you will be verrrryyy sory, cheap, defective, crap!!!
