RipOff unauthorized charges on credit card

Copy of the letter I have sent to my bank:

The company AP9*SIMPLEESCAPES is not known to me and further I DO NOT have any known contract with them nor do I receive any service, product or other business from them and they have not communicated with me in any way and I have no way of contacting them for resolution since they never sent me any communication.

As far as I can determine, from looking at complaints (usacomplaints.com), this company is in the business of credit card slamming whereby they get card holder information from another service that required this for Identity verification but stated at that time the card information would not be sold or shared with a 3rd party and no charges would be incurred.

The charges that appear on my account from this company should be treated as an Unauthorized Transaction and all charges by this company should be reversed as soon as possible and further more that companies business practices should be investigated by a competent authority and legal action should be taken against them for fraudulent business practices.
