MSN DSL Service - Quest
Qwest, MSN DSL Service ripoff Phoenix

I am one of those unfortunate individuals that was "migrated" over to MSN DSL from QWEST DSL in October. My Qwest service disconnected after 2 hours on line. I had to wait 5 min to reconect for another two hours. I put up with the inconvience because I saved $10 month.

For this switch QWEST said I would be on line with no interuptions and that I would be charged my current amount for 1 year. To start off I was sent the wrong disk which of course did not work and it took my son several hours to fix things so my computer would work. The 2nd disk arrived and again wrong software for my modem. It took several weeks to get me connected but then I noticed I continued to be cut off every 2 hours and I was being charged $10 more a month.

MSN says it is a QWEST problem and QWEST says it is an MSN problem. MSN will not decrease my monthly bill because they say I am getting service and it is not their problem I am being disconected.

Finally MSN does say they know that there is a problem but can give no answers as to when it will be fixed. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support and customer service to no avail. I am geeting a new computer next month and I will be switching to another DSL service. MSN could care less.
