Ebay ripoff

I too have been scammed. I was taken for $150.00 after winning the bid on a Walmart card. I paid with a preloaded Mastercard. I emailed him the number off the back of the card and that was the last I heard from him. I called the Griffin Police Department to make a complaint and they would not take it. They said it had to come from ebay. Does anyone have his physical address or know his birthday. I am going to make a report to the FBI and the more information I have the better. This slimeball needs to go down and I am willing to do my part.
