VeovissDF ripoff fraudulant gift cards

This person has already been reported by others on here—he had used slightly different names in the other reports I see. This person, now using the Ebay name (that is still active at the time being) Veovissdf, is selling Walmart gift certificates for $200 in exchange for a cash payment of $150 through the Greendot network. I saw that he also sold a few other things that are of cash value to certain businesses. I sent him my payment, called him, and he assured me I would get my gift card info. He has stopped responding and is now receiving several bad feedbacks. This person has $150 of my money and is now not communicating—if anyone else knows anything I might be able to do, or you have a similar experience with this person, please contact me or post information.
