They added dsl services to my billing with no request by any individual in my residence, it is my understanding that my local phone line will not support dsl service and I dont even have a dsl modem, which I have already called and explained to the company. They had assured me that it would be taken care of, and still is not.

What is wrong with society anymore? How can these companies get away with this, white collar criminals is all they are, any advise would be helpful.
